Delivery information
Your order will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24, our standard next-day service. Delivery typically takes 1–2 working days.
Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking information sent to the email address provided.
We also offer free next day delivery on orders over £200.
RETURNS POLICY
We accept returns for online orders only. In-store purchases are not eligible for return.
To start a return, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition, unworn, and with the tag still attached.
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit.

We offer a free Click & Collect service from our Altrincham store.
Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a confirmation email with collection details.
