DELIVERY & RETURNS

*CHRISTMAS DELIVERY DATES

Last day for orders to be placed and delivered before Christmas is Saturday 20th December by 12noon.

Any orders for delivery that are received after 12noon on Saturday 21st December will be dispatched on the 27th December.

We will still be offering our Click & Collect service in-store up to 4pm on 24th December.

 

Delivery Information

Your order will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 as our standard 'Next Day' service, and you can expect delivery within 1-2 working days.

This applies to all orders placed before 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm will be despatched the following day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information sent to the email address provided.

We offer free delivery for any orders over £250!


Returns Policy

We accept returns for online orders only (in-store purchases are not eligible for return).

To initiate a return, you must email us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received. They must also still have the YELLOW TAG attached and unworn. Please note that return postage is at your expense, and we recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot refund lost returns. Can I Collect My Order In-Store?

Yes, we offer a free Click & Collect service, allowing you to collect your order from any of our stores. Once your order is ready for collection, we will send a confirmation email.


How Do I Know My Item is Authentic?

At Elite Pre-Loved, we perform thorough checks on all items and take pride in offering only genuine products. We use an AI authentication tool for all of our handbags & accessories. Please notify us within 1 day of receiving your item, including your order details.
