Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing hello@elitepreloved.com. Once approved, the item must be returned to us within 7 days. Returns must be at your own expense unless the item is faulty, arrive in the same condition as received and have the yellow security tag still attached. Refunds are issued within 7 days of receiving your return. Original postage costs are non-refundable.

Exclusions

Certain items cannot be returned, including personalised items, perishable goods and products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
