Refund policy

Your order will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 as our standard 'Next Day' service, and you can expect delivery within 1-2 working days.

This applies to all orders placed before 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm will be despatched the following day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information sent to the email address provided.

We offer free delivery for any orders over £250!

Returns Policy

We accept returns for online orders only (in-store purchases are not eligible for return).

To initiate a return, you must email us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received. They must also still have the YELLOW TAG attached and unworn. Please note that return postage is at your expense, and we recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot refund lost returns.
